Most lenders spend a large part of their day soliciting new business.  They do so by placing ads, telemarketing and making sales calls on realtors and builders.

I have chosen to build my business on a different platform.  My goal is to attract 100% of my business through the referrals of people who already know and trust me.  I believe I can accomplish this goal by dedicating 100% of my energy toward serving my current clients rather than expending my energy in attempts to attract new clients.  My goal is to replace traditional marketing techniques with a level of trust and service that will make my clients eager to refer me to their valued friends and family members.
